 Ideal candidates should;

  • be below 30 years of age
  • have an outgoing personality with flair for sales and customer service 
  • have good communication and marketing skills  

Experience in promoting financial services and products will be an added advantage.

The chosen candidates will be assigned for canvassing of new business and organizing marketing campaigns. They will also be expected to build and grow a client portfolio while ensuring excellent customer service.

Those without experience/with lesser experience may be considered for junior positions in sales.

An attractive remuneration package inclusive of a very attractive incentive scheme, traveling allowance and mobile phone bill reimbursement in addition to the basic salary is on offer for chosen candidates.

You should ideally;

  • be below 32 years of age 
  • possess a degree (preferably with a class) or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
  • possess 3 years post-qualifying executive experience in customer servicing / relationship management preferably in the banking or financial services sector with exposure to payment and cash management 
  • ability to work on MS Office
  • good leadership and team working skills
  • excellent communication and presentation skills


You will be responsible for,

  • managing customers by ensuring service excellence, resolving complaints and improving current business processes
  • managing the current portfolio whilst making incremental growth, lead generation and cross selling products
  • establishing, monitoring and managing service level agreements with external/internal service providers.
  • creating a servicing strategy that encompasses customer convenience, innovation and cost reductions 
  • audit compliance and adhering to relevant processes, procedures and policies 
  • periodic generation of MIS reports

You will be required to canvas promotions for the DFCC credit cards with relevant merchants, negotiate rates on discounts & 0% installment plans, monitor merchant category spend, propose and implement promotions to induce spend for the DFCC credit card, conduct ATL, BTL campaigns, acquire new Merchants for Vardhana Virtual Wallet and Card campaigns.

  • possess a degree or full professional qualification in computer science, banking or a relevant field

  • be below 25 years of age
  • have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics (first sitting) and 3 passes at GCE A/L (excluding General English)
  • possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a Bank preferably in customer service/relationship management
