Reward and Recognition
We believe in differentiating rewards based on performance and potential. Therefore, employees are rewarded based on their specific quarterly or annual goals. In addition, we strongly believe in our company values and have a scheme in place to recognise employees who have demonstrated these values as nominated by their peers.
