MANAGER – DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER – DIGITAL BANKING DEPARTMENT

You should ideally

  • hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related analytical/technical field
  • have a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in mobile or online banking product management
  • possess a strong grasp of multi-channel digital platforms, app lifecycle management, and user
    adoption strategies
  • have experience managing cross-functional projects with internal and third-party vendors
  • be knowledgeable about mobile and web UI/UX trends, app performance metrics, and secure digital
    frameworks
  • demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • have PMP qualification or part qualification (this will be an added advantage)

You will be mainly responsible for;

  • leading the development and evolution of the Digital Banking applications in line with business goals
    and regulatory frameworks
  • championing UI/UX best practices and driving innovative, customer-first digital features
  • collaborating with IT, security, marketing, and compliance teams to implement secure and scalable
    Digital Banking solutions
  • tracking and analysing Digital Banking application performance, usage trends, and customer
    feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • managing project timelines, overseeing UAT/SIT cycles, and ensuring successful launches of new
    features and upgrades
  • aligning app functionality with national payment initiatives (PEN, QR, Just Pay, LPOPP)
  • maintaining ownership of the Digital Banking product roadmap and strategy
