Register for DFCC ONE

Download the mobile app from either the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Huawei AppGallery and you can follow the onscreen instructions using one of the below convenient registering methods:

 
Register using your existing Virtual Wallet number

1. Download the DFCC One Mobile App
2. Select the preferred language
3. Click on “Yes get me onboarded
4. Enter the NIC / Passport
5. Select the Virtual Wallet option
6. Enter your existing Virtual Wallet Number and PIN
7. Enter the OTP (will be sent to the mobile number and email address given to the bank)
8. Enter a new username
9. Enter and confirm the new password
10. Enter a display name and the registration will be complete
11. Click login
12. Enter the newly created username and password and login to DFCC One

 
Register using your Debit Card

1. Download the DFCC One Mobile App
2. Select the preferred language
3. Click on “Yes get me onboarded
4. Enter the NIC / Passport
5. Select the Debit Card option
6. Enter the Debit Card Number and PIN
7. Enter the OTP (will be sent to the mobile number and email address given to the bank)
8. Enter a new username
9. Enter and confirm the new password
10. Enter a display name and the registration will be complete
11. Click login
12. Enter the newly created username and password and login to DFCC One

 
Register using your Credit Card

1. Download the DFCC One Mobile App
2. Select the preferred language
3. Click on “Yes get me onboarded
4. Enter the NIC / Passport
5. Select the Credit Card option
6. Enter the Credit Card Number or Card Account Number and Expiry Date
7. Enter the OTP (will be sent to the mobile number and email address given to the bank)
8. Enter a new username
9. Enter and confirm the new password
10. Enter a display name and the registration will be complete
11. Click login
12. Enter the newly created username and password and login to DFCC One

 
Register using your DFCC account

1. Download the DFCC One Mobile App
2. Select the preferred language
3. Click on “Yes get me onboarded
4. Enter the NIC / Passport
5. Select the DFCC Account option
6. Enter the account number
7. Enter the OTP (will be sent to the mobile number and email address given to the bank)
8. Select the preferred mode of verification (Call DFCC Call Centre or I’m at a DFCC Branch)
9. Contact the call centre or branch for this verification
10. Once the verification is complete, enter a new username/li>
11. Enter and confirm the new password
12. Enter a display name and the registration will be complete
13. Click login
14. Enter the newly created username and password and login to DFCC One
