- All Travellers must have a valid passport and meet the minimum passport validity period required by the countries you are visiting. For example, some countries won’t let you enter unless your passport is valid for six months after you plan to leave that country. Some airlines also impose this rule on their own initiative. It can apply even if you’re just transiting or stopping over. Unless otherwise stated by the Traveller at the time of booking it will be assumed that the Traveller meets all requirements as stated above. Therefore, any penalties, fines or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the Traveller’s sole responsibility.
- Expenses/losses incurred after the issuance of tickets as a result of flight changes, cancellations, delays, luggage losses, natural disasters, supplier/airlines insolvency etc. is not covered by Crazy Jets. The passenger is responsible for obtaining travel insurance to cover such circumstances.
- In order to be eligible for 0% Easy Payment Plans, the minimum transaction value should exceed Rs. 25,000/- (Maximum transaction value Rs. 1,000,000/-).
- The setup fee applicable will be charged upfront for all Easy Payment Plans conversions.
- In order to convert a transaction to an Easy Payment Plan, the cardholder should call the Contact Centre on 0112350000 within 05 days of performing the transaction.
- All transactions that are performed and processed to the card 5 days prior to the statement date will be converted to an Easy Payment Plan during the next statement period. In such instances, the cardholder will be required to settle the total outstanding amount on the statement on which the transaction (s) that are to be converted have been billed. The Easy Payment Plan will come into effect only during the next statement period. The cardholder will be liable to pay all fees and interest applicable for nonpayment of the prior statement balance.
- In the event of an early settlement, a fee of 4% will be charged on the remaining outstanding balance of the Easy Payment Plan.
- DFCC Credit Cardholders are not eligible to receive the CashBack for the offer mentioned herein.
- The cardholder must ensure that the total transaction amount, including the setup fee, remains within the credit card limit.
- DFCC Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment involved in this promotion.
- This offer will not be valid for cash advances, transactions performed for commercial purposes, transactions performed on behalf of third parties, card being used other than by the cardholder and card has been pre-funded to process the transaction.
