MSME OFFICER – BADULLA/ GODAKAWELA/ CHILAW/ GALLE/ GAMPOLA/ KADUWELA/ MINUWANGODA/ NIVITHIGALA BRANCHES

You should ideally:

  • possess at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • be proficient in canvassing new business opportunities
  • be adept at building and expanding client portfolios
  • be able to maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • be able to promote MSME products and services
  • be able to establish and maintain customer relationships with value chain partners
  • be able to maintain rapport with trade and farmers organizations
  • be able to acquire comprehensive knowledge of financial products
  • be able to cross-sell bank products
  • possess proficient understanding of agricultural practices (will be a competitive advantage)

You will be mainly responsible for;

  • canvassing new business and organizing marketing campaigns
  • building and growing a client portfolio while ensuring excellent customer service
