1. Who is eligible to register for DFCC ONE Online?
DFCC Bank customers aged 18 years or above, holding a valid National Identity Card or Passport, and having a primary credit card or an active savings or current account are eligible to register.
2. Can I use the new Online platform even if I don’t have the DFCC ONE Mobile App?”
Yes. If you do not have a DFCC ONE profile, you must complete the Online Banking onboarding process first, using the "New to DFCC One, Join Now" option.
3. Can I use my existing Retail Online Banking username & Password to login to new platform?
No. Those username & password cannot use for new platform.
4. How do I register for DFCC ONE Online?
Simply register using one of the following options:
DFCC Debit Card
DFCC Credit Card
5. Does all my favorite beneficiaries & billers will be available on the new platform?
Yes.
All your favorite beneficiaries & billers will be available.
6. Can I log in to the DFCC ONE Mobile App and DFCC ONE Online at the same time?
No.
For security reasons, you can only be logged into one platform at a time, either the DFCC ONE Mobile App or DFCC ONE Online. Logging in to one platform will automatically log you out of the other.
7. Is there a fee to use DFCC ONE Online ?
No.
DFCC ONE Online is completely free to use, with no joining or annual fees. However, standard banking service charges may apply for as per the bank’s Rates & Tariffs.
8. Can I change my username after registering?
No. Once set, your username cannot be changed.
9. What happens if my account gets locked?
If you enter the wrong password multiple times, your account may get locked. Call the DFCC 24x7 Call Centre at 011 235 0000 to unlock it.
10. Is DFCC ONE Online secure?
Yes. DFCC ONE uses multi-layer security features including OTP verification, encryption, and Secure Email communication to ensure your personal and financial information is protected at all times.
11. Can I access DFCC ONE Online from overseas?
Yes. DFCC ONE Online can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
12. How do I log out securely from DFCC ONE?
Always use the Log Out option after completing your transactions. Avoid accessing DFCC ONE online from public or shared devices to maintain security.
13.Can I change my password after logging in?
Yes. You can change your password anytime by navigating to Application Settings within DFCC ONE Online.
14.Can I pay government bills through DFCC ONE Online?
Yes. DFCC ONE Online supports payments for selected government services and institutions.
15.Can I change my default transaction limits?
Yes. It is possible. You can reduce or increase* within the standard limits of the banks by simply clicking on the “Settings” section and on “Transfer Limit Preferences” and set the amounts.
*Transactions limits cannot exceed what has been set by the bank
16. What features are currently not available on DFCC ONE Online?
The following features are currently not available on DFCC ONE Online at the moment but will be available in near future.
17. Why are Government Payment services (LPOPP & GovPay) not available on the Retail Online Banking platform (old platform)?
Government payment services such as LPOPP and GovPay are available exclusively through DFCC ONE Online. Customers are kindly requested to access DFCC ONE Online to continue using these services.
