DFCC Rewards Plus is a loyalty rewards program that allows eligible DFCC Bank Credit Cardholders to earn Reward Points on qualifying retail transactions and redeem them for vouchers, products, services, travel, and lifestyle rewards. 

2. Who is eligible for DFCC Rewards Plus? 

Customers holding eligible DFCC VISA Infinite Reward Plus, VISA Signature Reward Plus, and VISA Platinum Reward Plus Credit Cards are automatically enrolled in the program. 

3. Do Reward Points expire? 

• VISA Infinite Reward Plus – No Expiry  

• VISA Signature Reward Plus – No Expiry  

• VISA Platinum Reward Plus – Valid for 24 months  

4. What can I redeem my Reward Points for? 

Reward Points can be redeemed for a variety of shopping, dining, travel, lifestyle rewards, vouchers, products, and selected services available through the Rewards Plus platform.

You can use the Points Plus Pay feature to pay the remaining balance using your eligible DFCC Reward Credit Card.

If you were a Standard Chartered 360 Rewards member, DFCC Rewards Plus is DFCC Bank's equivalent credit card loyalty programme earn Reward Points on every eligible DFCC Credit Card purchase and redeem them for shopping, dining, travel and lifestyle rewards through the DFCC Rewards Plus platform.

7. What replaced SCB 360 Rewards after the Standard Chartered Sri Lanka migration to DFCC Bank?

DFCC Rewards Plus is DFCC Bank's credit card loyalty programme, available to eligible DFCC Credit Cardholders, allowing you to earn and redeem Reward Points for shopping, dining, travel and lifestyle rewards.

8. Do DFCC Rewards Plus points expire?

DFCC Visa Infinite Reward Plus and Visa Signature Reward Plus cardholders earn points with no expiry. DFCC Visa Platinum Reward Plus points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
