You should ideally

• possess a degree or masters from a recognized university (preferably with a class) or a full professional qualification in business administration, project management, innovation or management
• possess a minimum of 07 years of experience in a program management/lead role in business transformation, change management &/or project management, with a track record of achieving performance targets
• have strong Strategic & Analytical skills & Project & Program Management skills

You will be responsible for  

• managing and leading the transformation team to design and execute strategic initiatives, drive collaboration across departments, ensure alignment with the bank’s goals, and deliver impactful, sustainable change through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement
• contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive transformation strategy
  aligned with organizational objectives
• provide expert consultation and design innovative solutions to drive transformational change
• oversee the execution of transformation programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• foster collaboration and engagement to drive change and innovation, leading change management efforts
• establish performance measurement frameworks to evaluate the success and sustainability of
  transformational initiatives 
• continuously evolve the transformation process to drive operational efficiency
