    Charges according to the bank’s tariff will apply.

07. Can I change my username after I set the same at the time of registering?

    No, you cannot change your username once you set it at the time of registering.

10. I don’t remember my username to reset my password. How do I retrieve this?

    Simply click on the ‘Forgot Username’ option on the login screen of DFCC ONE and retrieve your username in a matter of seconds.

11. My account got locked because I entered an incorrect password, how do I unlock it?

    You will need to get in touch with our 24×7 Call Centre on 011 235 0000 to unlock your account and reset your password.
