DFCC Bank is a part of an interconnected network stream that collaborates with Sri Lanka’s leading Banks, enabling swift and secure transfers within the network.
Local payments are made possible via Sri Lanka Inter Bank Payment System (SLIPS), Real Time Gross Settlement Systems (RTGS) and Common Electronic Fund Transfer System (CEFT).
RTGS
RTGS
Real Time Gross Settlement System (RTGS) is widely being used by our branch network to transfer funds to other banks as per customer’s requests. RTGS is a large value fund transfer mechanism between Banks on real time basis.
Fees
- Other Banks – RTGS (CBSL 450 + Bank 550)
- Normal – LKR 1,000 per transaction, USD 10 per transaction
- Premier – LKR 500, USD 5 per transaction
CEFTS
CEFTS
Common Electronic Fund Transfer Switch (CEFTS) is a real-time fund transfer system allowing customers to perform domestic interbank fund transfers real-time at their convenience. Customers can avail themselves of this service by simply logging into their Online Banking facility or over the Bank branch counter.

eBanking / DFCC Virtual Wallet
- Normal – LKR 30 per transaction
- Premier – Free
- Business – LKR 30 per transaction (Applicable for Corporate eBanking)

SLIPS
SLIPS (Sri Lanka Interbank Payment System) is an interbank electronic fund transfer system that provides the opportunity to transfer funds in the local clearing network in Sri Lanka in a safe and secure manner.

- 5.00 Pm (Next day transaction)
