1.DFCC credit and debit cardholders who are traveling overseas and intend to use their cards are advised to call our 24 hour Contact Center on (+94) 11 235 00 00 and establish a travel plan prior to departure. Certain travel documents may be required by the Bank to proceed with the request and the Bank reserves the right not to permit a card to be used overseas.

2. No special overseas spend limits are imposed on ATM, Point-of-Sale and E-commerce transactions with effect from 27th March 2023 for new and existing travel plans, except the default daily transaction limits applicable to credit / debit cards. However, please note that the Bank may impose restrictions based on country and / or other factors without prior notice.

3. Please ensure that the contact details with the Bank are kept up to date. Call our 24 hour Contact Centre on (+94) 11 235 00 00 to update the latest email, phone number and correspondence address.
