1. What is the maximum repayment tenure?
Eligible customers may apply for a leasing tenure of up to 10 years, subject to approval.
2. What does a 50% residual payment mean?
It means that up to 50% of the approved lease amount may remain payable at the end of the lease tenure. The actual residual amount will depend on the approved lease structure.
3. Will the residual payment option reduce my monthly lease rental?
It can reduce the monthly rental compared with a similar lease that repays the full amount over a shorter period. Your actual rental will depend on the vehicle price, lease amount, tenure, interest rate and approved residual value.
4. Can I refinance the residual amount at maturity?
A 5-year secondary lease may be available, subject to the lending criteria, interest rates and credit assessment applicable at that time.
5. Which vehicles are eligible?
The proposed scheme covers eligible brand-new personal vehicles, executive sedans and SUVs purchased directly through Toyota Lanka. Hybrid vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), electric vehicles (EVs), reconditioned vehicles and commercial vehicles are excluded under the proposal.
6. How can I find out more or apply?
Contact DFCC Bank or visit your nearest DFCC Bank branch to discuss eligibility, available vehicle options and the applicable leasing terms.
