You should ideally;

• posses approximately 6 years of overall experience in the banking / finance sector
• posses a full professional qualification acceptable to the bank
• posses a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project financing / leasing
• be knowledgeable in the legal framework, financial statement analysis and current valuation of properties and vehicles
• be able to make quick, timely and effective decisions
• be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external parties whilst maintaining good interpersonal skills
• posses excellent negotiation skills

You will be responsible for;

• appraising, recommending, disbursing and monitoring of credit facilities
• supporting branches on monitoring and following-up on appraised credit facilities
• coordinating with branches, clients and supporting units
• maintaining high level of compliance to meet the specific guidelines proposed by the bank and the regulators
• ensuring timely and accurate processing of credit facilities in line with defined SLAs
