ASSISTANT MANAGER – ATM & SELF-SERVICE CHANNELS – DIGITAL BANKING DEPARTMENT
You should ideally:
- have 6–7 years of experience in the banking industry, including at least 4 years in digital/self-service channels such as ATMs, CRMs, CHDMs, and kiosks
- possess strong technical knowledge of self-service banking technologies and related operational
processes - understand key regulatory and compliance frameworks such as AML/KYC, PCI DSS, and central bank
guidelines - demonstrate experience in financial management including P&L oversight and cost optimization for
digital channels - hold project management experience, particularly in user acceptance testing (UAT) and digital
service rollouts
You will be mainly responsible for;
- ensuring smooth and compliant daily operations of the ATM, CRM, CHDM, and kiosk network
- monitoring system uptime and performance through a 24/7 tracking mechanism
- analyzing customer behavior and market trends to support strategic channel decisions
- collaborating with branches and external vendors to implement enhancements and resolve
operational issues - identifying high-potential sites for new off-site self-service installations in coordination with regional teams
