You should ideally;

• have 4 or more years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in credit, recovery, or operations
• hold part qualifications in IBSL, AAT, ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA
• demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a sound understanding of credit documentation
• exhibit excellent communication, analytical thinking, and time management skills

You will be mainly responsible for;

• supporting the restructuring and close monitoring of delinquent or high-risk credit facilities
• coordinating with branches and internal teams to finalize Statements of Accounts and facilitate
  recovery follow-ups
• drafting negotiated settlement papers and performing waiver calculations
• maintaining MIS dashboards, recovery KPIs, and internal reports for governance and audit purposes
