You should ideally;

• have completed the CBF/IABF offered by the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka
• have comprehensive exposure to Credit/ Lending related systems/tools and credit evaluation
  processes
• possess strong communication, planning, and team collaboration skills, along with creative thinking
  and the ability to motivate and train frontline and department staff

You will be mainly responsible for;

• evaluating and processing Personal Loans, Mortgaged Loans, Staff Loan conversions and
  Concessions in line with credit guidelines and delegated authority
• preparing documentation, including circulars and user guides, and coordinating with relevant SBUs
  for necessary approvals
• retrieving and managing security files currently held in the PFS vault, ensuring accuracy and
  compliance
• supporting branch staff and marketing teams in customer visits and promotional activities to meet
  PFS targets
• conducting training / awareness programmes as and when required
• generating timely and accurate management reports relating to personal financial services and
  product performance
• maintaining a high level of compliance to meet the specific guidelines proposed by the Bank and the
  regulators
