EXECUTIVE – CLIENT INTEGRATION – PAYMENTS & CASH MANAGEMENT
You should ideally;
- hold a degree or diploma in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with a preference for postgraduate or IT certifications
- have at least 4 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with hands-on exposure to PCM systems or ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)
- be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and possess strong presentation skills
- demonstrate flexibility with work hours and be willing to travel for client interactions
- show a results-driven, organized approach with excellent communication and project management skills
You will be mainly responsible for;
- coordinating client integration projects by translating client banking needs into technical solutions on the iConnect platform
- managing seamless client onboarding in collaboration with PCM Onboarding and Operations teams
- supporting pre-sales efforts, participating in key deals, and advising customers with technical
guidance - conducting system testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely completion of special
projects - maintaining compliance with audit standards and internal controls while continuously identifying
operational improvements
