You should ideally;

• possess minimum 3 years of experience in field of commercial banking including experience in pawning operations and account opening
• have a fair knowledge on products and services offered by the bank
• have a good interpersonal and communication skills
• have a flair for excellent customer service

You will be mainly responsible for;

• all pawning activities at the branch and support operational functions whilst providing exceptional customer service and complying with the policies and guidelines set by the bank and regulators.
