    1. This offer is valid for DFCC Credit Cardholders (excluding DFCC Corporate Credit Cards).
    2. To be eligible for the offer, the minimum transaction amount must be Rs. 100,000/- per transaction (Maximum transaction amount Rs. 2,000,000/-).
    3. This offer is applicable for POS and E-commerce transactions in foreign currency (excluding LKR).
    4. Transactions cannot be combined when converting into payment plans.
    5. In order to convert a transaction to an Easy Payment Plan, the primary cardholder should call the 24-hour Contact Centre on 0112350000 within 03 days of performing the transaction.
    6. This offer will not be valid for cash advances, casino, fuel, liquor, tobacco, transactions performed for commercial purposes, transactions performed on behalf of third parties, card being used other than by the cardholder and card has been pre-funded to process the transaction.
    7. All transactions that are performed and processed to the card 5 days prior to the statement date will be converted to an Easy Payment Plan during the next statement period. In such instances, the cardholder will be required to settle the total outstanding amount on the statement on which the transaction(s) that are to be converted have been billed. The Easy Payment Plan will come into effect only during the next statement period.
    8. The cardholder will be liable to pay all fees and interest applicable for nonpayment of the prior statement balance.
    9. In the event of an early settlement, a fee of 4% will be charged on the remaining outstanding balance of the Easy Payment Plan.
    10. DFCC Credit Cardholders are not eligible to receive the CashBack for the offer mentioned herein.
    11. The cardholder must ensure that the total transaction amount, including the setup fee, remains within the credit card limit.
    12. DFCC Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishment involved in this promotion.
    13. DFCC Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
    14. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment and DFCC Bank shall be final.
