You should ideally

• have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• possess a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in dashboard development, data analysis, or business intelligence
• be proficient in Tableau, Power BI and other data visualization tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• have excellent communication skills, creativity in design, and experience in the financial services sector will be a plus
• possess strong attention to detail, creativity, and innovation, along with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• demonstrate high levels of integrity, professionalism, and effective time management to meet tight deadlines

You will be responsible for

• developing and maintaining interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports for the CEO and Senior Management using business intelligence tools, with a strong focus on Power BI
• analyzing large data sets from multiple sources, identifying trends, patterns, and key insights relevant to strategic decision-making
• collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and business priorities
• presenting insights in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to the senior leadership team
• continuously improving and refining data visualizations for better storytelling and an enhanced user experience
• ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting outputs and staying updated on industry best practices in data visualization and dashboard development
