EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – BRANCH OPERATIONS – BRANCH MONITORING DEPARTMENT

You should ideally;

  • possess a full /part professional qualification acceptable to the bank
  • possess a minimum of 08 years of banking experience
  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills  

Your main responsibilities will be as follows;

  • monitoring of branch network in order to identify operational deviations/lapses and acting as a medium that communicates the right practices as per the operational guidelines
  • provide operational guidance and implement precautions/ proactive measures to ensure high operational perform ance at branches
  • perform routine branch visits to ensure operational guidelines adherence
  • preparation and circulation of operations alerts to the Branch Network
  • handling special projects and system implementations/ improvements
  • identifying pain points for branch/ operational performance and work with SIG/ IT for solutions/improvements
