DFCC Educational Loans - Minimum LKR 50,000.00 (Basic + Fixed Allowances)
DFCC Pinnacle Personal Loan - Minimum monthly remittable amount to DFCC should be Rs.450,000/- or above ( Basic salary+ fixed allowances 90% of average variable income).
DFCC Teachers’ Loan - Teachers with minimum monthly gross income of LKR 30,000 (Basic + fixed allowances) Individuals in educational administrative service with minimum monthly gross income of LKR 50,000 (Basic + Fixed Allowances)
DFCC Mehewara Personal Loan - Minimum monthly gross income of LKR 50,000 (Basic + Fixed Allowances + 75% of past 3 month’s average variable income)
Maximum tenor of 5 years subject to a maximum age limit of 55 years.

Yes, the salary assignment is necessary. However, standing order instructions are also accepted on a case by case basis.
Maximum loan amount depends on the type of loan facility.
Personal Loans to non executives – Up to Rs. 5.0 Mn subject to a maximum of 8 times of monthly gross salary.

A certified copy of the National Identity Card, Driver License or Passport.
Salary assignment letter from the employer on DFCC prescribed format.
Latest Salary slip (Original/Certified) if variable allowances are to be considered 3 months original/certified to be submitted.
Current/Savings account statements of past 03 months.
