DFCC Bike to Work Cycling Initiative
DFCC Bank launched the ‘DFCC Bike to Work’ Cycling initiative for its staff and customers to promote cycling for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle while contributing towards combating climate change by reducing our carbon footprint. This initiative commenced with one day each month devoted to staff members riding bicycles to work. A virtual cycling challenge was also created to reward enthusiast cyclists. ‘Bike to Work’ was expanded in 2022 by inviting other banks to participate in this initiative. DFCC Bank also organized a cycling event for customers encouraging them to engage in this worthy initiative, and the DFCC Pinnacle Centre is designed to accommodate cycling enthusiasts, equipped with changing rooms and shower facilities for customers.
