‘DFCC Vyapara Hamuwa’ Entrepreneurship Development programme in Morawaka
The first MSME capacity building session for the year 2023 under the ‘DFCC Vyapara Hamuwa’ Entrepreneurship Development programme was successfully conducted in Morawaka with the participation of more than 40 small scale entrepreneurs and innovators in the Morawaka and Urubokka areas.
‘DFCC Vyapara Hamuwa’ is the Bank’s Entrepreneurship Development Programme that has been constructed to assist youth and women including start-ups and small & medium scale entrepreneurs to sharpen their entrepreneurial competencies in order to carry out a more successful business venture.
Mr. Chandana Wanigasena, Vice President – MSME assisted by the officers from the MSME Department conducted the programme. Positive feedback from the participants was received, appreciating the Bank for organizing such a programme addressing the needs of small and medium entrepreneurs.
