How to activate your Debit Card :
Contact our 24 hour Call Centre.
Visit one of our DFCC ATMs and simply change the initial PIN to activate your Debit Card. -

DFCC ATMs are conveniently located at DFCC Bank Branch and Off-site locations.
DFCC is also part of the LankaPay network. Covering more than 3600 ATMs islandwide.

Added security features includes an inbuilt Chip with PayWave technology.
Online transactions can be performed with the DFCC Visa Debit Card using the One Time Password (OTP) received to the mobile number already available with the Bank. Restrictions are applicable for transaction amounts on websites that does not require an OTP.
The transaction needs to be authenticated using the OTP subject to the funds available in the primary account linked to the Debit Card.
For online transactions where an OTP is not required, a daily cumulative transaction limit of Rs 100,000 will be applicable per card subject to the funds available in the primary account linked to the debit card.
