You should ideally;

• have GCE O/L credit passes in English and mathematics, and 3 GCE A/L passes (excluding general
  English) in one sitting within your first three attempts
• be fully or partly qualified in AAT, CIMA, ICASL, ACCA, CIM, or IBSL
• have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a bank or financial institution, preferably in collections
• demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to handle customer negotiations
  confidently
• be analytical, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a target-driven environment
• perform in your current job role for a minimum of two years

You will be mainly responsible for;

• supervising and leading the assigned Debt Recovery Agents (DRAs), including conducting regular
  visits to monitor their activities and ensure compliance with operational standards
• monitoring and driving performance to ensure DRAs meet their assigned recovery targets effectively
  and efficiently
• focusing on reducing the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio and achieving targeted NonPerforming Asset (NPA) ratio percentages
• resolving client complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring all resolutions are
  delivered within established SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines
• coordinating with internal teams and branches to address and resolve recovery-related matters in a
  timely and collaborative manner
