You should ideally:

• possess full or part professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
• possess a minimum of 5 years of credit related experience in the banking sector preferably with exposure to project finance
• be customer service focused
• have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• willing to meet work demands for urgent customer transactions and demonstrate ability to build /sustain relationships with customers
• possess necessary skills to support Relationship Managers on all day to day transactions and good knowledge and understanding of general banking procedures

You will be responsible for;

• joining with Relationship Managers for the client visits
• supporting the Relationship Manager in the Credit Evaluations process
• obtaining information from clients/banks on timely manner and assist in carrying out credit evaluation
• following-up on pending security documents and co-ordinate with Credit Service Department
• coordinating with the Legal Department in execution and completion of security documentation
• proactively identify and resolve client issues
• assisting Relationship Managers in understanding of client preferences, needs, and concerns and responding to adhoc customer requests in a timely manner
• working closely with the internal stake holders, as and when required for managing the credit related work and to be in line with the internal guidelines of the bank
