You should ideally;

• possess minimum 4 years of relevant experience in banking/financial institution
• possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Management or relevant qualification would be an added advantage
• Possess previous working experience/sound knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Business/Operations, E-Commerce and IPG sector would be an added advantage
• have proficiency in financial systems and databases
• possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• have excellent communication and customer service skills
• have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously

You will be mainly responsible for;

• ensuring accuracy in merchant creation and efficient management of related documentation
• managing merchant relationships by adhering to SLAs and established standards
• managing special projects and customer- and merchant-centric initiatives of the bank, with a focus on process optimization and service enhancement
• managing vendor relationships in alignment with SLAs and established standards to ensure consistent performance and compliance
• overseeing audit, compliance, and operational risk activities to ensure regulatory adherence, process integrity, and risk mitigation across operations.
