DFCC Bank seeks to advance sustainable workplaces and lifestyles by inculcating sustainable workplace practices, as well as lifestyles, for customers and staff, with the prime goal of achieving sustainable workplaces and lifestyles by 2030, DFCC Bank inculcates sustainable workplace and lifestyle practices for our customers and staff. We strive to achieve this goal through activities under the ‘Exercise’ pillar, which promote diversity and inclusivity, productivity-oriented wellness, and sustainable consumption and lifestyle practices. ‘OMMM’ – the Wellness Committee of the Bank was set up to spearhead activities under ‘Exercise’.
